Provincial Team Training Camp April 18-19, 2015
Divisions:
*Provincial Team for Nationals championships all athletes should be present at this camp. If a U14 wants to attend and has attended provincial camps before they can also attend.*

1200pm-2pm Technical/ Tactical training
5pm-7pm Randori Session
REST!!!
Sunday April 19th
800am-9am Circuit training OUTSIDE!!!
945am-1145am Review/ Randori
1145am-1215pm Team meeting/ info session for nationals & BBQ
Please bring outdoor running shoes and exercise clothing, should be a nice weekend. I would like Circuit training to take place outside
This training camp is mandatory for athletes attending nationals in May. If there is any reason an athlete cannot make the entire camp please contact Laurie Wiltshire prior to the camp.
