Judo Alberta will be arranging flight and travel for this event. Before the Elite 8 Championships there is a National Training Camp at the NTC in Montreal from January 5th-9th, 2015 and the Elite 8 Championships will take place on January 10th and 11th.

The Judo Alberta coaching staff is recommending athletes competing in the Elite 8 to attend the training camp as well. Any athletes that wish to participate in the National training camp prior to Elite 8 that did not qualify for the Elite 8 are welcome to apply to Judo Alberta coaching staff for approval to come.
Deadline for athletes wanting to compete at the elite 8 championships, National training camp or both is November 23rd, 2014. Athletes must provide a $500.00 deposit to Laurie Wiltshire by this date. Flights will be expensive January 4th so the sooner we book the better I apologize for the tight deadline.

Travel plan as follows:
NTC athletes depart Sunday January 4th, 2015 and return January 11th after competition (if you are not competing in Elite 8 you can return January 9th or the 11th Just let Laurie know by Nov. 23rd, 2014)
Athletes just going for Elite 8 will depart Friday January 9th and return January 11th after competition.
