2015 Judo Alberta Provincial Judo Championships
Time:
Shiai to begin at 8:30am SHARP!
Weigh In:
Friday January 30th, 7:00pm-9:00pm at The Airdrie Judo Club, 320 Centre Ave SE (upstairs at the Plainsman hockey arena) Additional Remote (Lethbridge, Edmonton) Friday night weigh-ins to be confirmed.
Registration:
– U10, U12 -$40
– U14, U16, U18, U21, WCSG – $55
– Seniors & Veterans – $60
– $20/additional divisions
– $30 per kata per team. $20 for each additional kata. Cannot be combined with shiai.
– $10/competitor U16 and older who fail to qualify for his/her registered weight.
– $20/entry for late registrations, postmarked after January 24th, 2014
1. Registration fees are non-refundable
2. No charge for Grand Championship
3. Entry & Release form must be filed out completely and sent for each contestant.
NOTE: VETERANS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE MEDICAL FORM
4. Please send one cheque or money order from each club payable to The Airdrie Judo Club
5. All completed documentation & payment must be received by January 24, 2015
