2014-15 Award Nomination Forms
Judo Alberta Members,
Please see the attached award nomination forms for the 2014-15 season. The awards include volunteer of the year, coach of the year, referee of the year, and club of the year. If you are interested in nominating someone for these awards, please complete and send in the appropriate forms no later than Friday September 18, 2015.
Completed nomination forms can be returned to the Judo Alberta office by email at judo@judoalberta.com or by fax to (780) 447-1915.
