To become a skillful judoka it is important to master the fundamental movement skills needed for all throwing and ground techniques. Learning the fundamentals can improve a judokas progression in their development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Location: Ryu Senshi Judo Club<br>\nAddress: Unit 6, 100 King Street, Spruce Grove, Alberta T7X 0J6<br>\nTime: 6:30PM to 8:30PM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Judo Alberta Provincial Team and National Team Member Kiera Westlake will be joining the session for a video chat to talk about her progression from doing local developmental competitions to traveling around the world with the national team. Kiera has has been a cadet and junior National Champion and she won two gold medals as the 2019 Canada Winter Games.
