The AGM will once again be held virtually on November 20th, 2022 at 3:00 PM via Microsoft Teams. Members must complete the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/hj1qktWnEnRG8z8U6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AGM Registration Form<\/a>&nbsp;by November 13, 2022 to confirm attendance. Meeting instructions will be distributed to everyone that is registered.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally,&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/files.constantcontact.com\/c1805085301\/180729d2-fb51-4bbb-9042-0b8755082e28.pdf?rdr=true\" target=\"_blank\">please click here for the Judo Alberta Proxy Form<\/a>&nbsp;for those members who are unable to attend and wish to pass their vote to another member.
