The instructions will be emailed separately to all Shodan candidates in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Separate Competitive Stream grading <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Location:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Hiro\u2019s Dojo, 1919 27 Avenue NE, Calgary\n(based on competitive stream candidates, a virtual session would be considered\nfrom Edmonton)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Date:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Sunday, February 13, 2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Time: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \n9:00 am Clinic begins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Competitive stream&nbsp;candidates will not do a traditional\nformal Dan grading examination. Instead, there are two components\nto your grading. First, there will be a kata clinic (as stipulated in the\nNational Grading Syllabus). Based on current applications, it will be a Nage no\nKata clinic on February 13. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Second, there will be a\u00a0Tachi-waza \/ Ne-waza session where you will demonstrate your favourite Nage \/ Katame \/ Shime \/ Kansetsu technique.
