The goal of the session will be to provide ideas and strategies to help rebuild judo in your area and in your judo club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Judo Alberta Coach Education Session:<\/strong> Survive &amp; Then Thrive <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trackie.com\/online-registration\/event\/survive-then-thrive\/468705\/#.YCV882hKiUk\">https:\/\/www.trackie.com\/online-registration\/register\/survive-then-<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.trackie.com\/online-registration\/register\/survive-then-thrive\/468705\/\">thrive\/468705\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The presenter of the session will be Peter Gardiner from Sportif Scotland. Peter has a wealth of judo developmental\/ marketing knowledge and is happy to share some of his thoughts and ideas on how judo can &#8220;Survive &amp; Then Thrive&#8221; during and post covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session will attempt to be an interactive; Peter\nwants to hear your concerns about rebuilding judo in your club. The deadline\nhas been set for February 19, 2021 so we can provide each participant with an\ninformation package and questionnaire prior to the session in efforts to lay a\nfoundation of learning during the presentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cost:<\/strong> The session is FREE \/ Donation. Judo Alberta is suggesting each coach donate $10.00 to help support the expenses associated with the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Presenter:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peter Gardiner, Sportif Judo Scotland<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peter Gardiner was recognized as one of the best junior\ncoaches in the world when he was invited by IJF Education and Coaching Director\nYasuhiro Yamashita to take part in the ground-breaking DVD Coaching Judo to\nJuniors he later produced the smash hit 101 Judo Games with fighting films.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Currently Head Coach Sportif Judo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Currently Coach Educator British Judo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Professional Judo Coach &#8211; 45 years<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Formally National Coach Denmark<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Formally Director of Coaching Judo Scotland \u2022 Former\nNational Dev. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manager British Judo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IMPORTANT:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This event will be worth NCCP PD points. (it is important\nthat coaches gain PD points to maintain their NCCP certification level)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Judo Alberta will be opening the session to the other\nprovinces \/ judo clubs in Canada because we truly are in this together and we\nwill need to work together to rebuild.
