Clubs are allowed to re-open and train but must be in compliance with the Judo Alberta Return to Play Guidelines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>REGISTRATIONS<\/strong> \u2013 Club and Member Registration\nlink&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.trackie.com\/JudoAB\/\">https:\/\/www.trackie.com\/JudoAB\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trackie registrations can be done by a Club\nRegistrar or by individual club members.&nbsp;\nClubs are responsible for all members who are registered and will be\ninvoiced accordingly at the end of each month.&nbsp;\nClubs will receive an invoice for the past month registrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any questions or concerns, contact <a href=\"mailto:registrar@judoalberta.com\">registrar@judoalberta.com<\/a> or <a href=\"mailto:kellyt4d@telus.ne\">kellyt4d@telus.ne<\/a>t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Judo Canada registration\/accident insurance expires\nAugust 31 each year.&nbsp; Judo Alberta and\nJudo Canada registration fees are non-refundable once entered into Trackie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/judoalberta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/2020-2021-JA-JC-Fees.pdf\"><strong>JUDO ALBERTA\/JUDO CANADA FEE SCHEDULE<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Online registration&nbsp;must be completed before\nmembers are properly registered and in good standing with Judo Alberta and Judo\nCanada.&nbsp; Unregistered members will not be\nallowed to participate in any Judo Alberta\/Judo Canada or any international\nevents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/judoalberta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/2020-2021-Club-Information.doc.pdf\"><strong>CLUB INFORMATION<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 To be completed and submitted to the Registrar (<a href=\"mailto:registrar@judoalberta.com\">registrar@judoalberta.com<\/a>) and Judo Alberta (<a href=\"mailto:judo@judoalberta.com\">judo@judoalberta.com<\/a>) to keep Club information up to date.&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>All Judo Alberta clubs are required&nbsp;to have their members sign a liability waiver.&nbsp; For the safety of each club, be sure to have current members sign<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>a waiver and ensure any new members thereafter also sign a waiver.<\/strong>&nbsp; If you have any questions or need assistance creating a waiver, please contact the Judo Alberta office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/judoalberta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/2020-2021-Member-Registration.doc.pdf\">MEMBER INFORMATION<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Each member can complete this form to assist the Club in completing Judo Canada\u2019s online registration.&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>DO NOT send this form to the Registrar or Judo Alberta offices; it is strictly for club use.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Encourage\nmembers who are First Nations, Metis, Inuit or have a disability to\nindicate this on their form or on-line registration.&nbsp; This information can\nassist in funding and programs.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/judoalberta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/PIPEDA-Confidentiality-Agreement.pdf\">PIPEDA &amp; CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Each club member should complete this document.&nbsp; The original is kept by the Club with access by Judo Alberta should the need arise.&nbsp; A PIPEDA Agreement for members does not need to be completed each year; just once for as long as they are a member.&nbsp; Judo Alberta only needs to be provided with a copy of the Exclusion List.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Confidentiality Agreement needs to be completed\nby all club members who have access to personal information within the club\nstructure. This would include the coaches and registrar, as well as any board\nmembers who have access to private contact or medical information. Time should\nbe taken by the registrar and\/or head coach to reinforce the importance of\nmaintaining the privacy of all athletes, volunteers and coaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/judoalberta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/2020-2021-Promotion-Registration.pdf\"><strong>PROMOTIONS<\/strong><\/a>\u2014 Promotion form is to be filled out completely including a qualified Examiner\/Sponsor.\u00a0 Both this form and payment need to be received before Promotions will be registered and processed.\u00a0\u00a0<strong>All Promotions must be registered with Judo Alberta<\/strong>; unregistered promotions could cause delays (ie. \u00a0Shodan grading, tournament registrations, Nationals, Alberta Winter Games, Canada Winter Games, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Judo Alberta  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 2020-2021 Judo Alberta Registration Information is now available!
