Please use this registration link\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.trackie.com\/JudoAB\/\">https:\/\/www.trackie.com\/JudoAB\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Judo Canada registration\/accident insurance expires August 31.\u00a0 Therefore, it is imperative that on-line registrations and payment reach Judo Alberta on or before September 30, 2019<\/u><\/strong>.\u00a0 Judo Alberta and Judo Canada registration fees are non-refundable once submitted on Trackie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE:\u00a0 JUDO CANADA HAS IMPLEMENTED A CLUB FEE OF $100 TO THOSE CLUBS WHO DO NOT HAVE 10 OR MORE MEMBERS REGISTERED BEFORE OCTOBER 15, 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/judoalberta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/2019-2020-Fees-to-JC.pdf\"><strong>JUDO ALBERTA\/JUDO CANADA FEE SCHEDULE<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Online registration <strong>AND<\/strong> payment must <strong><u>both<\/u><\/strong> be received before members are properly registered and in good standing with Judo Alberta and Judo Canada. If both are not received, registrations are not valid which could disallow athletes participating in provincials, nationals, internationally, training camps or other related events.\u00a0 Insurance coverage is also not in place for those members.<\/li>\n<li>If a club or its members are not registered and wish to participate in a tournament\/event, both the online registration and payment must be <strong>submitted a minimum of 14 days prior<\/strong> to that tournament\/ event so Judo Canada membership cards can be generated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u><a href=\"https:\/\/judoalberta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Club-Information-1.pdf\">CLUB INFORMATION<\/a><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 To be completed and submitted to the Registrar (<a href=\"mailto:registrar@judoalberta.com\">registrar@judoalberta.com<\/a>) and Judo Alberta (<a href=\"mailto:judo@judoalberta.com\">judo@judoalberta.com<\/a>) so Club information is up to date.\u00a0 <strong>All Judo Alberta clubs are required <\/strong><strong>to have their members sign a liability waiver.\u00a0 For the safety of each club, be sure to have current members sign<\/strong> <strong>a waiver and ensure any new members thereafter also sign a waiver.<\/strong>\u00a0 If you have any questions or need assistance creating a waiver, please contact the Judo Alberta office.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/judoalberta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Member-Registration-3.pdf\"><strong><u>MEMBER INFORMATION<\/u><\/strong><\/a> \u2013 Each member can complete this form to assist the Club in completing Judo Canada\u2019s online registration.\u00a0 <strong>DO NOT send this form to the Registrar or Judo Alberta offices; it is strictly for club use.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Encourage members who may be FNMI (First Nations, Metis, Inuit) or have a disability to indicate this on their form or on-line registration.\u00a0 This information can assist in funding and programs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/judoalberta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/PIPEDA-Confidentiality-Agreement.pdf\"><strong><u>PIPEDA &amp; CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT<\/u><\/strong><\/a> \u2013 Each club member should complete this document.\u00a0 The original is kept by the Club with access by Judo Alberta should the need arise.\u00a0 A PIPEDA Agreement for members does not need to be completed each year; just once for as long as they are a member.\u00a0 Judo Alberta only needs to be provided with a copy of the Exclusion List.<\/p>\n<p>The Confidentiality Agreement needs to be completed by all club members who have access to personal information within the club structure. This would include the coaches and registrar, as well as any board members who have access to private contact or medical information.
