Athletes and coaches\/chaperones are also requested to go online and complete their registration. Online registration is open now. please note we would like to have everyone registered\u00a0online\u00a0prior to the fight offs.<\/p>\n<p>Please forward all completed waiver forms to Trevor Hazell (<a href=\"mailto:tdhazell@gmail.com\">tdhazell@gmail.com<\/a>) by\u00a0<strong>December 9th 2017<\/strong>, and bring your $10.00 entry fee to the fight offs.<\/p>\n<p>Please note there is a $10.00 fee to compete in the fight offs.
