The training requirements are based on the volume that is needed for each age group so they will be able to have the training habits needed to be an international athlete. <\/p>\n<p>Note: If there is conflicts with your schedule and the RTC schedule we need to sit down and find away make the program work for you together. Why? Dehydration reduces aerobic exercise performance and makes exercise seem harder.
