Please find attached to this<br \/>\ndocument the following information that has to be returned by this<br \/>\ntime.<\/p>\n<p>A) <a href=\"https:\/\/judoalberta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Open-Nationals-Registration2.xlsx\">2016 Open Nationals Spread Sheet<\/a> (please fill in all information)<br \/>\nB) <a href=\"https:\/\/judoalberta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Waiver-Open-Nationals-2016-EN1.pdf\">2016 Open Nationals Waiver form<\/a><br \/>\nC) <a href=\"https:\/\/judoalberta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Med-Form-Open-Nationals.pdf\">2016 Open Nationals Medical form<\/a><br \/>\nD) <a href=\"https:\/\/judoalberta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/3-03-Code-of-Conduct-Provincial-Judo-Team.pdf\">Judo Alberta Athlete Code of Conduct<\/a><\/p>\n<p>IMPORTANT: PLEASE REVIEW THE SELECTION POLICY TO ENSURE THE ATHLETES<br \/>\nYOU WILL BE SUBMITTING MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE 2016 OPEN<br \/>\nNATIONALS.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/judoalberta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Team-Selection-policy-for-National-Championships-2015-20161.pdf\">https:\/\/judoalberta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Team-Selection-policy-for-National-Championships-2015-20161.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Note: There is not minimum requirements for Veteran athletes. (There<br \/>\nis no funding for Veteran athletes &#8211; there is a typo in the selection<br \/>\ncriteria)<\/p>\n<p>We would like to get all of this documentation done early so there is<br \/>\nno chasing and running all over the place.<br \/>\n=================================================================================================<br \/>\nFUNDING: Funding will be finalized in April 2016<\/p>\n<p>Eligible events left in the selection criteria for points for funding<br \/>\nand events for eligibility standards:<\/p>\n<p>Training Camps:<br \/>\nFebruary 20-21, 2016, Provincial Camp, Fort Sask.<\/p>\n<p>Competitions:<br \/>\nMarch 5-6, 2016, Pacific International, Vancouver<br \/>\nMarch 11-13, 2016, Edmonton Internatioinal, Edmonton<br \/>\nApril 2-3, 2016, Rocky Mountain Tournament, Calgary<\/p>\n<p>==================================================================================================<\/p>\n<p>IMPORTANT RECOMMENDED EVENTS FOR NATIONALS PREPARATION<\/p>\n<p>April 15-17, 2016 &#8211; Canmore Inter-Provincial Training Camp, Canmore<br \/>\n(BC, Alberta, SK)<br \/>\nApril 20-May 01, 2016 Provincial Camp, Lethbridge<\/p>\n<p>==================================================================================================<\/p>\n<p>IMPORTANT: POINTS AND WIN\/LOSS<\/p>\n<p>I have attached the points and win\/loss records.
