The goal is to have groups of 4 or 5.

\n\tU10: Mixed Gender:\tborn 2006 \u2013 2007\t(2 min. randori format)<\/p>\nTHE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES AS DEEMED NECESSARY
\nACCORDING TO JUDO CANADA AND JUDO ALBERTA SANCTION POLICIES.<\/h4>\n
\n–\t1st name called must wear white Judogi. Blue judogis are optional
\n–\tJudo Canada rules:
\n\tU16 \u2013 No kansetsu-waza (No shime-waza for yellow-orange belt)
\n\tU14 to U10 – No kansetsu waza, no shime waza, no sankaku gatame or sankaku rollover
\n\tU14 (As per Judo Canada Sanction policy(page 28). Violations will be penalized by shido

\n\tU10\/U12 (the following actions and techniques are NOT allowed)
\n\t\t– head locking
\n\t\t– all drop down techniques, which start on one or both knees
\n\t\t– Tani otoshi, makikomi waza or sutemi-waza
\nU10 to U12 must use standard front grip during kumi kata.<\/p>\n
\nRound robin format. Rule modifications as per Judo Canada.
\n\t\t\t2 minutes straight time as per current, recent standards.
\n\t\t\t3 ippon limit to be applied, at the discretion of the referees.
\n\t\t\tContests will NOT be scored at mat side.
\n\t\t\tAll participants will receive participation awards.<\/p>\n
